Using the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with it, try to access areas or data that are not yours, or use it to send harmful or misleading material.
Accounts
You need an account to use the warranty portal. You must give accurate information and keep your login details private, and you are responsible for activity on your account. You should be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian register for you. We may suspend an account that is misused or breaches these terms.
Products, prices and buying
We work to keep product details accurate, but specifications, colours, sizes, availability and images can change, and photos may differ from the final product. Prices shown on this site are for information. VUAE does not take orders or payment on vuae.ae. Purchases are made through London Bikes at londonbikes.ae, whose own prices, terms, delivery and returns rules apply to your order.
Warranty registration
VUAE bike frames come with a 2-year frame warranty. Warranty cover and included services for a product are those stated on its product page at the time of purchase and in your purchase documents. Registering in the portal records your product. It does not extend or change that cover. Registrations can be checked, and we may ask for proof of purchase. We may reject a registration with incorrect or unverifiable details. A warranty claim may be subject to further warranty conditions provided with the product.
Digital Passport
The NFC Digital Passport helps confirm a bike's authenticity and ownership. Keep your activation key private and activate only a bike that belongs to you. Anyone who scans the tag can view the bike's passport page, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you sell or transfer a bike, contact us about updating its record.
Safety
Cycling carries a risk of injury. Check that your equipment is correctly fitted and maintained, wear a helmet and follow local road rules. Articles and guidance on this site are general information, not professional advice.
Our content
The VUAE name, logos, model names, photos, text and design on this site belong to VUAE or its licensors. You may view them for personal use, but may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.
Other websites
The site links to other websites, including londonbikes.ae. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Availability and liability
We provide the site as it is and may change, suspend or withdraw parts of it at any time. To the extent the law allows, VUAE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, unless the law gives you a right to bring a claim elsewhere.
